I was bored, so I decided to draw me as a powerpuff Girl. I tried my best to get the right colors too. I have dirty blonde hair and greyish green eyes. I think the colors are pretty close, at least the eyes are. The hair might be a little off. Especially after the summer passes. My hair color might change. Let me try to explain that to you:
Your hair gets lighter because the sun is shining on it. Your hair works different than your skin
The darker the skin, the more pigment you have in your skin.
Pigment is a thing in your skin wich kind of protects your skin against the sun. And Pigment has a dark colour, that's why you get darker, so... dark people have more pigment in thier skin than white people and all... uwu
