very nice tag...i like the color and the mood in it the effect at bg is a bit pixelated and makes it look a bit low quality
and also it ruins the nice smooth atmo what renders have
other thing that bother be very much is the street lantern in front of it is unnecessary, it takes too much attention away from your render.
it should be more blur to give the phenomenon of the human eye to what you would normally do when it will focus on something else a little further afield,
the objects in front of the eye goes blur and differ from them in detail, and it also creates a 3D feel to the image.
Or to put it a few pixel smaller and move it to behind back so that it does not take all the attention and is not it the first thing the eye can see in the picture.
it takes too much attention. The second is the lamp cross, which is due to that it does not blend the image in such a way that it belongs there ...
Lamp light should be reflected in the air, but here it has not been taken into account. Lamp edges darker and softer so that it fits into the picture,
and the light of the lamp on so that it fits better on the picture.
i hope its not harsh or rude way how i typed it just want to help

it didn't offend me lol. xilla told me that the lantern is out of place as well.
the lantern is part of the render. i just simply chose to keep it rather than getting rid of it. meh
i think the pixelated quality is due to harsh colors trying to mesh together. maybe some of the layers were on hard light or vivid light or something of that nature. that's just my guess.
at this point, i'm not going to bother changing it and will just leave it as is.
