omg so I liked this so I didn't want to show it yet kind of but yeah heresome witches and the
"familiar"

since it doesn't have the two most important story NPCs for my team

but yeah so I was too lazy to scan sketches or find that really big dump I started a while back so

some NPC ideas
Harem is NOT head witch, by the by
she's like... the gossipy creator of the group, though

Hecate is actually kind of creepy
Salem is the only normal one
but yeah he's interested in magic and stunky poison is very useful apparently
