Description Aurra Sing - Almost Jedi - turned bounty hunter.

I've always liked this character, something sinisterly mysterious about her. I thought it was about time I updated since my original sketch of her back in 05.

Thanks, this was one I got the idea for whilst exhibiting my work at celebration europe, it wasn't finished in time for the actual exhibition, but I was sketching it whilst having an artists/writers meet at the event!

Aurra Sing is one of those characters that you can't help but feel sorry for... until she tries to kill you
Given how much nasty stuff happened in her backstory, it is hardly surprising that she became a bounty hunter. She looks especially displeased here.

Thanks muchly Yeah I do like her backstory, I really hope they don't mess around with her's too much in the clone wars series. I would hate for lucas to do a 'mandos' on my fave prequel era characters

"Not all Mandalorians are violent nutters" doesn't completely invalidate everything Karen Traviss wrote... "Jango Fett was never really a Mandalorian" does.

There is a reason why everyone has their own version of Star Wars canon.

Oh, KEWL!! The exotic and deadly Aurra Sing, and you've done a superb job with her: love the colors, the pose--everything about it! The arm and wrist ties are a unique addition (I'm not familiar enough with her to know if these are a normal part of her accoutrements...), and the b/g color works really well here! Another wonderful addition to your gallery!

Thanks Falcon Fan the arm and wrist ties were on the unleashed figure I had sitting in my living room I used for apparel refference, so they were added to the pic too The background was a last min addition while I messed about with layering

They're a great addition to her costume--having them flying about adds to the feeling of energy and movement here!

This is my favorite artwork of yours. You did such a good job on her. I love the shading, the hair, and her eyes are fantastic. Great detail on her belt too.

eep thanks! She was what came of a sketch I did on the way back from CE, started off life as an almost stick-frame subject
