Trying out my velvety new Canson Mi-Teintes A3 pad... quite pleased with it. It doesn't seem to have quite as much tooth as Clairefontaine Pastelmat, so one can't slather the pastel on quite as thickly, but the finer tooth also allows for some smudging of the pastel, unlike Pastelmat. Both paper types are great, just for slightly different styles of drawing.Related content

Woot, many thanks! I did enjoy drawing those... it's a shame I appear to have drawn the girl in the middle with such a derp face, but fortunately it's hard to tell at this resolution
