Description
In a dark corner of a tavern in Ambrotos, a worn leather book sits forgotten. There is a note from an anonymous artist, scrawled on the opposite page of parchment:
The young woman had a certain charm to her. She somehow managed to look both regal and lax all at once. When she first caught me sketching her, I was sure she would rise from her lounge and strike me. Instead, she remained still, and flashed me a brief smirk of permission. When I set my pencils down, she approached. Her hazel eyes looked golden in the light from the torches; I held my breath. And with a smile, she was gone, leaving at the side of a freckled young man--I believe he is the same ferryman who takes me to and from the market on occasion. There was something about that final smile of hers...It gave me a sense of pride.

...I never got her name. Yet, Imust confess, I would have been terrified to approach her a second time.
