So I am still learning how layers and effects work, so it took me like an hour to get the luminosity in the background close to what I want it to look like...but the base color layer is going good so far! This is as far as I'm gonna go today though, it's late and I'm tired and want sleep. (you can tell because of the circular cursor on top of his shirt, oops)
