I like how at the bend in the "winter road" there is what looks like a evergreen tree just waiting to be set on the carpet of leaves at the beginning of the road, like a Christmas tree. Very cool.

I thank you. To be honest, I'm trying to get a calender together as a gift and I'm trying to grab some winter shots. I don't think this is the best, so I really appreciate the idea it brought back some memories for you! We are without snow again. Here on the coast, in Dec, doesn't usually stick. I know we will get our fair share soon enough that will stick.
