Description G'day everyone! I've been thinking of doing Lugia for a while and i finally got motivated by this person and their new group. This pic is also going to be in his contest in the group -> <-
So any I really like how it turned out, and got this done in less than a day! OMG is that a background?! The little touch I did with the Soul Silver logo was a nice effect.

I can see which ref you used. It has the same mistake with the left shoulder

Yeah I thought it looked a bit funny but I thought that was because of the angle it was at, i used a different ref for the background as I haven't done backgrounds as often.
