Gunzi chilling before he goes out to punish more losers.This image has been bugging my mind since 3 days ago. So I had to draw it before I completey forget what it looks like. The angle of the boot was sooooo hard to draw I nearly tore the paper from rubbing too much >.<
I'm concerned about his leg. Is it too short/long? Or too thin? Or just plain wrong?

The leg might be a bit short...but it's really not very noticeable. I think you got that boot down really good though. The pose is amazing. xD

Hmm I think his leg would looks less akward if you drew his knee bending at more of a 90 degree angle. The position of his thigh is fine so extend the rest of his leg to make his ankle is rest on top of his other knee. I think that might help ^__^

Btw, I just started playing Dirge of Cerberus. The controls are quite hard since I'm so used to DMC. Vincent is sooo glooomy

i still keep playing the training program every time i play the game after a long hiatus... they *are* tough to get used to, especially after DMC. i kept accidentally wasting ammo.

dante is made of win XD with dirge of cerberus though, strategy is heavy on making it through the game without items, and makes for a lot of the enjoyment. being able to snipe and kill enemies from *really* far off while figuring out the right order to do it is hella fun ^^

I don't think Dante and Vincent can get along. Vincent works with strategies and Dante doesn't know the meaning of 'stealth' or 'snipe'

Lol. That journal is just funny nonsense. The pipe is his weapon, just like Gunji has the claws. So they use it to beat people up cos it's their job to do so. They're both quite violent and dangerous.

I think the upper thigh needs to be a lil longer Its usually the same distance from the hip to the knee and from the knee to the ankle. (x.x been drawing legs all day today) Other than that I love the pose and the gesture. Your art is amazing as always!

damn.... that anatomy, freakin awesome, awesome expression >w< the tattoos look very nice, and those hands owo
as for the leg, i thought it looked a little off, so i tried the pose myself and looked in a mirror xDD i think the position is mostly whats awkward about it. im not sure about the length, i've got some pretty stubby legs and if i pull them in and rest my foot on my other leg, my knee reaches just below my shoulder. also, for the position, he looks like hes sitting quite comfortably (is he resting his leg on the couch, or holding it up?), if hes resting it, then i think to have his foot facing forward like that, his leg would need to be closer to his body and more upright, but if hes just sitting normally wihout any external support i think it would be lower and the position of the foot would change (would be more on it's side)
I hope that makes sense, i have a hard time explaining things in words only sometimes

His knee is actually slightly upwards cos as you can see, he's sitting sideways on a couch and not frontwards. He has to hold it up a bit so his knee doesn't touch the back of the couch.

yeah, i see that. i see what you mean, then maybe his leg that is bent should look like its not so straight (in the air) and moved a bit more to either side (front or back ) to show the length, though probably more toward the back of the couch. thats a hard pose you got there so good luck with it :3

D: don't say that! you've gotta challenge yourself! so what if it doesn't work out the first time, keep trying and youll get it! the only thing that is awkward is the leg, maybe trace the rest and start clean with the leg so you have no influencing marks. i think you can really do it up nice
