One little detail: I know you're fond of the bouncing hands, but are you sure they should be able to bounce sideways and swap over like that?

Not toooo long. I'll do the main animation, so in this case, the w00ting, then I covert the body and face into a bitmap and cut it up, then move them all about frame by frame.
