This is "Knotty and Polimer Around the World". The bouncy trouncy flouncy pouncy fun fun fun fun fun part about, you guessed it, Horrigger!
I have inspired to make stills of each character in "Knotty and Polimer" in each country available for Deviantart. Horrigger doesn't mind about thorny devils could do so he decided.
