Description
This is one of the fallen goliaths of Buffalo, New York. Its nothing more than an old grain elevator located on Lake Erie. Thease grain elevators brought Buffalo its wealth at the turn of the 20th C. When Buffalo was passed with the opening of the St. Lawrence sea way it was thease monsters that led to its fall.Buffalo, New York a case study in Rusting america.

Thanks for the sugestion! I did add a little contrast and it does look much better. Unfortunatly i lost the origional file so im waiting for the weather to be perfect again so i can reshoot it.

this kind of reminds me of some of the builidngs off of Half Life.

I always wondered what that building was. I like the reflection in the water and how it gives the building a warped reflection.

I do have to say that in the industrial art aspect, buffalo is lucky because we have so many grain elevators to explore almost freely.
