Oscar the Cartoon Dachshund is back, and getting ready for a snowball fight...Oscar the Dachshund is based on my daughters miniature long haired dachshund, who just turned a whole year old.
Colored Pencil and Ink on Bristol. Image then scanned, and background, border, and snow effects added in Photoshop and filters, including Alien Skin Eye Candy.
