Im gonna be honest this event took me by surprise, which is why we're starting off with a kinda quick sketch. I didn't know exactly where to start, I wanted to do something involving plants and if you haven't heard, Minecraft is actually collaborating with a project organization to increase coral growth since so many of the fishies don't have homes and you can read more here: m.hawaiinewsnow.com/hawaiinews…

And with that in mind I started sketching. I'll prolly revisit this later in the month, I really, really like this idea of a humanized source of life, providing an island of safety for all the fishes who rely on the coral reef for food and safety.

This also is why they did a aquatic update I believe, it was to raise awareness and to allude to this project they were doing. But I do like the idea, kinda sad that they are going a realistic route since we won't be getting fantastical creatures like the mooshroom but I suppose the fantasy does still reside in the hostile mobs.

Kinda the sad truth (I don't like fighting, melee etc etc, I'm more involved in the building aspect) but hey it's nice to see theyre using their platform to reach out.
