i was bored so i made two guns...i was asked to choose some guns for a desert war so here it is
the .308 M14 sniper config and the .45 ACP HK MK.23

I would choose a FNP 45, the Mk23 is a bit heavy, and if Im wounded I want more facility to move

FN made the FAL, but didnt let Hk manufacture it, so ze germans made the G3
Hk made the USP and told FN they couldnt manufacture it, so they made the FNP
Love FN. My dad used a FAL and my uncle used a 5.56 IMBEL FAL Para, and a FN High Power

I agree with =Lancerta Bring an AK, along with what you have here. It works, period. But if you have to hit your target the AK loses out to the M21! The Mk. 23 is a great sidearm choice, it has a greater knockdown then the 9mm. It's a man-stopper!

but that is just me, and yeah i like the .45ACP less ammo, but more POWER.

agreed. The United States has been stopping the enemy with .45s for 100 years. 1911-2011! A track record better than the AK!

If I were you, I'd rather bring an AK with me on the desert...there's a reason behind it being used by everybody everywhere! Especially the desert sand and dirt will get your gun.

Well, the first two~three rounds of an AK is pretty accurate. It's just that the gas piston operation, with not enough care to decrease the recoil just shakes up the whole gun, so after a few rounds, continuous fire becomes spraying... but if you cut off your fire to three-round bursts, an AK is not that bad either.
and personally, I hate cleaning guns, so yeah.

I'm more af a single-fire-guy(new word in my dictionary^^) and wanna sit from a good 300-1000meters away but i didn't want a sniper sniper, i can still use it as a singlefire assault rifle xD

You can use a designated marksman rifle like SVD Dragunov or M14 tuned up, etc... I don't know. I just like the AK series.

i personally isn't that fund of Kalashnikov's design...
but the design is the most durable ever to be mass produced

i prefer my air rifle.4,5mm air pressure with adjustable iron sights.its also mostly made out of plastic and a scope can be mounted on it.has anyone else here fired a air SMG?i have,it was a RATATA,it looks like a thompson but fires small caseless balls with air pressure.lol
