Venom is definitely in the movie. The comic-con footage has a short glimpse of him at the end of it. Alot of people said he looked like a cross between Mcfarlane and Mark Bagley's version style.

Yes yes, i think that Venom is in the movie, because if you listen in the moment that Spidey is turning to black suit at the end of the Trailer, you can hear the voice of Venom, but maybe im just crazy
