Woo! I just doodled some nights ago something, and *roweny , mah lurve, asked if she could ink it.And she did. AND coloured it! YAY!
Rock Lee is my personal hero...

Yeah that was actually what made Lee my fav character, his struggle to overcome his problems and stay true to himself and his goal. It was a long arc, his recovery. Made him a good character to watch.
Now the needle makes sense. That and the fact that it has an underwater feel to it, the way the bandages/thread floats and knots round Lee, and the blood. Or I'm reading too much into things. Whichever it is, I really love this, thanks for posting it up and for replying.

I was actually thinking about the anxiety he had to go trhough before the surgery. :3 It was quite a pressuring part of the series, so I decided to draw something dramatic. XD

I love how this picture is so surreal, I love his beautiful face, I love his heartaching greaf...
It's really hard to describe, I'm afraid... It just looks so special, there's something so special in this one... maybe magic...~
And I loved the way I could be free inking and colouring this, loved to really let myself be free~

yyy...I really like the originality of the picture and Roweny's smooth and peachy colouring really fits it.
Heh..really fancy idea and as I said, really original picture if Lee. The cmooth colouring adds a nice tough to it and yyy..likey the blood, how it's done.
