A shot like this doesn't make much sense without a description - there's no context, therefore it's not possible to speak 100% through the picture itself. As for laziness, it takes 2 words at minimum - location, and event, so I hope that's not the reason why!

The location is obviously in some area wich isn't very rich in Indonesia. My guess is that they don't have mosques, so they gather in a place such as this for prayer time.
