ok so please help me i can not achieve the smooth water shot in my photos how do you attain this? is it prolonged exposure or what? please help me out here

wow thats pretty.
some advice though,
when making your photos black and white. go to the layers tool box
down the bottom there should be a button for "adjustment layers" and then choose gradient map. and choose the black and white gradient.
it puts desaturation to SHAME! trust me. black and whites look HEAPS better when gradient mapped. and not desaturated.

16/10 if you look up (i love how deviant does this now) it posts the saved data from the camera
