Phew I don't know when I uploaded shimeji before... Oh I know it now! It was last year with Noob Saibot!
Anyway, here is Skarlet from Mortal Kombat series, who is a new character in the series (the blood ninja girl). You can find here the link too, if you want to download it (Don't worry, there isn't any virus on it )

If shimeji doesn't work, you need to go your shimeji's conf folder and rename two xml files like this:
40-50 kb: 動作. xml
10-20 kb: 行動. xml
And you need Java to start it
