shower in the dark dayclean sparks diving down
cool in the waterway
where the baptized drown
naked in the cold sun
breathing life like fire
thought I was the only one
but that was just a lie
cause i heard it in the wind
and i saw it in the sky
i thought it was the end
i thought it was the 4th of July
love the drama of nature
destruction, creation, isolation
endless beautiful doings....
& trying damned hardest to document it

The two words you said in your poem echo through m head as I stare into this shot. "Dark Day". (Excellent opening in the poem by the way - very powerful)
Te shot is so ominous. Shadows seem to cover everything, but I can't help but notice it's truely daylight. It's almost as if we only choose to see it dark.
