Thank you! Unfortunately, all the materials used in the image was self created just for this particular image. I can say that using various types of patterns in your displacement is how this effect was created.

Wow those textures on the headdress are awesome - presumably you used a displacement map? Is the texture from a particular set you made or purchased?

Thank you so much! I actually used a combo of displacement, normal and bump to get a nice smooth texture. The texture map I used was something I created using vector art brushes in Photoshop. I'm thinking about creating a tutorial on how exactly I did this so, if you're interested keep an eye out
