Wolfie's bracelets are probably inspired by Chun-Li, but that "top" and skirt looks more like Mai Shiranui's outfit. Can't tell where her ankle bracelets come from, though.

You could try taking pictures from your phone or cellular device... And scan it that way.
OR! You can bring the piece to the library and scan it there and etc.
