Julius Saxton Stando has been revealed! Here is the first Main Villain's design!
Bio: Julius was an old childhood friend of The Bonestars, but not much is known about him. The ONLY people who know his story are Johnathan and Amelia Bonestar. He has a burning hatred for the Bonestars, and has attempted to sever the bloodline many times.
Stand: The World is considered the most powerful Stands to exist. WIth the ability to stop time, Stando could rule the world, if only the Bonestars wouldn't stand in his way. As well, it's powerful punches are on par with Bone Platinum, leading some to believe it’s the same type of Stand as Bone Platinum.
