Description
I saw this in a split second in my mind, and then it was gone. The name, however, came to me while collecting ivy in the park several weeks ago, and has stayed in my mind since. I hope this painting gave the name a place to rest, because it's been running in circles in my mind.Besides, I've always wanted to try a third-eye type of illustration. I wonder if this is what my muse looks like.

It's... astounding. The colours, and the contrast of light and shadows, it's all incredible. And the luminous blood on top of it all. Wish I had the words for how amazing it all is.

WOW. it's funny, just last night I saw the first Hellboy movie and this reminds me of the scene at the end where he must choose to serve Love or destruction. To me we are all yin/yang and the greatest challenge is to find wholeness, to find a marriage beyond the war of opposites.
This reminds me of the work of Alex Grey who always paints his visions.

I have been a fan of your work for some time, but this has always been, will always be my favorite.

very nice artwork... and I was interested by how you described the way the image came to you because I feel I see my images the exact same way... like when I close my eyes, the images are so vivid and with the most endless detail and they are always changing... one never says more than a second before it turns into something else and all the images seem so completely random, it shocks me that I can see such things and I wonder how... reading your description it sounds like you see the same. interesting if you truly do. keep up the good work hun~
