proceeding to " not sure if like..."Β
... going to "well that's not so bad after all"
...
and they end up shrinking and stealing lots of people, and enjoying hundreds of them slipping crying and begging in their throat, melting in their stomach xD

Minor bending distortion?

The close up coupled with her size makes the distortion worse.

She's actually normal sized. Its just some minor distortion from the wrist bend. Thats all. Usually I use non-realistic barbie-doll-type skins without all the detail, so you won't notice these imperfections.
