the idea itself is provoking. i mean, it takes one to be filled with raw pain chewing and cluttering from the inside, to be able (care i say - want) to pull such a thing on one's self, probably as a distraction.
i like it, i like it alot, but it really is disturbing.

from a technical point of view, you can definitely see the smoke coming out from the mouth. another couple of seconds to let it clear might have made the job. but then again you were with an iron clutched to your tongue...

it is awsome all in all. great work!
