Inside a Cello. Another angle from the series of a very old french instrument, from Napoleon times. Done with a full frame mirrorless, using the smartphone as a wireless remote, a very useful tool to preview the images.I was on a trip, I didn't had my flashes, I used the light bulb from the ceiling, and dragging the cello all around the room to change the angle of the light

Wonderful shot right there, never ceases to amaze me how the inside of a cello looks like a room in itself, don't know whether you have tried taking shots of the inside of a saxophone or woodwind instruments in general because with the right light (as you have done in your work here) the insides of other instruments resemble other architectural structures themselves. I looked through some of your cello images...I can't decide which one I like best!Β I almost thought it was some strange old mythical temple entrance, only to discover it was a cello!Β Though the "dust" in the light isn't as pronounced as in the one other photo, it creates enough subtle movement in the light.Β As if the cello is almost poised, awaiting a breath drawn in waiting to explode with sound!
