I am very glad I can finally share this drawing with everyone.After a month and a half drawing this I am finished. I think it would not took that long if I hadn't have a very busy month.
I am now last year of high school and all that, you know...
After watching new Underworld movie Awakening ( I haven't watched any other ) I had something for that beautiful blue eyes of her. Then I knew I had to draw her
I did a lot of experimenting on this one and is slightly different than my usual work. First For paper I used a A3 (297x420mm, 180gm2) watercoloring paper. That is why quality isn't as good as my other work because i couldn't scan it it was too big, so I took a picture of it with my cellphone. Next I tried to color her eyes with coloring pencils, but the contrast here is not as it should be because of bad camera. But I am satisfied like this.
It took me about I can say 50 hours to finish this, it was very frustrating especially the hair, many times I wanted to give up but I didn't.

This is a really good piece, i can't imagine the load of work when it is on a3. You did a great job on the hair, so it was worth every frustrating minute you spend on it ^_^
What kind of pencils did you use? How did you manage to make the black so .. black?

This. is. incredible! I cannot believe that this is hand-drawn, it looks exactly like a photograph! Especially the detail of the hair.. that must have absolutely killed your hand! And also the lips.. I'm just seriously impressed here
