Great looking Logon screen boss019; however, I am having trouble with it. When I try to apply your creation, a popup error when appears, titled [Parser Message] And it says [Value creation invalid " at line 41]. And when I click on the edit button on the LogonStudio gui, it says that the file is from an older version of the program and that it will try to fix/update the file (I have LogonStudio v1.0.64). Then if I click on apply after this, I get another popup error message, titled [Parser Message] And it says [Value creation invalid " at line 34]. And if I go to edit->Theme.ini, line 41 is missing and line 34 says [34=Running too many programs can slow down your computer. \nIf your computer is running more slowly than normal, try closing some programs.]. So that is my problem, I hope that I made sense and I would really appreciate your help, thank you.

The error line is in the uifile, not in the theme.ini, and the reason you are having problems is that you are trying to edit the logon with Logon Studio. My logons aren't created with LS and can't be edited with LS....it is only used to apply them. You need to delete the logon, redownload it, and then just double click the .logonxp file and it will install.
My logons can't be edited in LS, if you open them in the LS editor, it will corrupt the file and give you errors. Line 41 refers to the center panel, bmp 128, which is a 32 bit alpha blended bitmap. Logon Studio cannot support 32 bit bmps and gives an error if you try to edit them. I create the logons by re-coding the uifile and theme.ini to support the 32 bit bmps, and LS will apply them fine, it just can't edit them or it will mess them up.
Let me know if that helps and if you have any other problems. And thanks, hope it works.

Thank you for the information and the reply boss019. I just have one more question. What do you think of TGTSoft's StyleXP program. I mean, that I like the gui and their "logon" & "bootskin". And I would like to use this program instead of several other programs to customize. The question is, do you know how to convert .logonxp files like The One under Question, so that it works with 'StyleXP' correctly, because it is not currently working correctly. So sorry to trouble you with my questions, but please help me one more time -thank you.

I haven't really converted my logons to the .logonui.exe format that StyleXP uses. It's an ok program, lots of people use it, I just prefer Logon Studio. And Stardock has a free bootskin program also, although I haven't used boots for a while. And I use Windowblinds, which I think is much better than using Visual Styles, and it can convert any Visual Styles to WB skins, so I can use both types of skins.
Sorry I can't help you convert it.
