What if Mother Miranda, a major antagonist of the Resident Evil franchise, is a Demon-Level Threat by the monster rules of One Punch Man?Ok, maybe she would be a higher level but she pretty much stays in one area and affects no one that isn't apart of her mission. The only thing that could be count as major would be the creation of Umbrella which she had no effect over other than being the inspiration for its founders.
