Description

Lashtails are mid sized Wyverns that are generally no heavier than a man, with a wingspan of up to 3.5 meters. Found in China, India and Pakistan, they feed mainly on smaller animals such as small reptiles, rodents, rabbits and ground birds, which they are able to catch either in flight or by chasing over the ground. Their rather intimidating, whip-like tail is used mainly for defence, at any sign of a larger predator; it will take flight and attempt to strike the intruder with its tail like a bullwhip.
