Heres something totally different.
Heres a pic of a cute Mew I did. She really DOES want you, want you to be her trainer. My first one was cute but I wanted to make her look even cuter!
Anyways, a heads up, I drew all of Mew on MS paint and I did the background and soft glow on Gimp. So half and half. 
I found out some even cooler ways to use the same brushes, and I love the effects! 
Enjoy! ^w^ I personally think this is one of my best pics yet, can't wait to use this strategy with the paint brushes on my other work. I love Gimp so much!

I already know that and if you seen my fav collection for Mew art, you'd already know that I am aware Mew is genderless but I always seen Mew as female. xD
Similar to how people call most if not all of Crystal Gems from Steven Universe by female pronouns even though they are also genderless.
Really, it's not that big of a deal.Lol I just don't like calling genderless Pokemon "It"

Well, it's pretty easy to do it in paint and Movie Maker really!^^ You can also use what they call Flash Animation.^^ But to me, flash animation just has extra steps on it you don't really need anyway.XD I mean, you still have to draw things frame by frame in flash anyway, so minds well just use paint and movie maker.XD
