Me and my buddy Henrik were chatting over the new Dredd movie and it urged us to do a Dredd image. I dont think Dredd needs to be redesigned at all, but i wanted to take a little from classic Dredd and a little from Karl Urban Dredd to do my little 'redesign'.I kept the 80s disco colours which i love in the comics. He's joined by my favourite Judge, Judge Anderson and of course Mean Machine.

I really enjoyed that movie, it is too bad there were no more made.... Karl Urban really nailed the character for me. Judge Dredd is such an iconic character, and even though he is always uncompromising and harsh he is surprisingly human underneath. I love the way you have got this image going, the colours are a very good choice (neon and crazy disco lights ftw!). Great stuff.

Nice image but Dredd's head/helmet to me looks bizarre!
Personally I think you can redesign the uniform but not the helmet.
Its still a fantastic picture, great colours, lots of movement, energy.
