Description My first weekly assignment for Concept Art 2, developed from one the 35 sketches i did in the class within an hour, we were required to design a tall, thin and cunning character, therefore, i came out with this weird looking merchant who sells goldish ( goldish man has double meaning in chinese ). This is absolutely gorgeous. I can see Ghibli Studio's work as an influence for you, but I actually like your designs a bit more. I can't really put a finger on it. Ah hell, what does it matter, you're amazing. In fact, all of your art is awe-inspiring. Keep it up, alright? *watches you*

Fantastic! what grade did you get on this one? For critique I suggest spreading out the little feet more, like how you have the arms all long and thin, that way the weight of the body will be covered and it would look more appealing. Have you ever seen howels moving castle?

ooo, i wouldnt wanna make da fish look 2 obvious cos he is not da main character, taking care of da toning n variety of color is 1 way of bringing out ur subject, that was wat i was thinking , thanks for da comment anyway
