this is a big shout out to my friend Stefania, the friend who first got me into Hetalia.So since she was originally from Bucharest, Romania I wanted to make a character for her with my own.
My guy who I've updated his look, making his hair darker and adding a black jacket.
For Her character I called her Ilfov, the county in Romania where Bucharest resides.
AND YES I KNOW SHE LOOKS LIKE SNOW WHITE!!!
I just wanted to add the Romanian flag to her outfit with the red, yellow, and blue
