Jaina Proudmoore is the founder and former leader of Theramore Isle, the Alliance's major port in southern Kalimdor. After the destruction of Theramore, she took leadership of the Kirin Tor. She is the daughter of Grand Admiral Daelin Proudmoore, sister of Tandred Proudmoore and Derek Proudmoore, and the alleged half-sister of Finnall Goldensword. She is also the most powerful human sorceress on Azeroth.Jaina was one of the most talented and trusted sorceresses of the Kirin Tor. She was dispatched by Antonidas to discover what was happening in the northlands of Lordaeron. She was escorted by her childhood friend and one-time romantic interest, Prince Arthas Menethil, to uncover if the plague had magical origins. Jaina saw the fall of Lordaeron firsthand and — guided by a mysterious prophet — rallied what survivors she could and fled across the sea to Kalimdor.
Jaina swore to defeat the Burning Legion and its sinister agents any way she could. Joining forces with the night elves and even the orcish Horde, Jaina helped defeat the demon Archimonde and banish the Legion. She then gathered the human survivors in Kalimdor and founded the port city of Theramore. She rules here over the tattered remnants of the Alliance and hopes to reunite the distant human kingdoms once more.WoWMan 170
Jaina is voiced by Carrie Gordon-Lowrey in Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos, Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne and World of Warcraft. She is voiced by an unknown actress in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade and by Laura Bailey in World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King.

Oh hush, they don't even take center stage nor are they really that big. They didn't even draw her in some silly sexy pose and go overboard like some artists do. Leave them be and find a true offender when it comes making woman eye candy or pin ups. Shoo, go on shoo.

很开心再见到这张. 记得小时候刚刚玩魔兽的时候偶然看到, 高中还把这个放在最喜欢的FOLDER里面, 一直不知道是谁画的, 也没有特别去理会或了解.
今天突然再次见到这种突然有种难以忘却, 记忆涌入的感觉. 那时候的JAINA如今已经白发, 那时候的ARTHAS如今也已不在.
一切都变了好多, WOW也成长了好多, 可是再次看到JAINA站在礁石上看着远方的海浪, 看到她的水元素们被夕阳感染,
那种最初的WOW的纯粹的感觉, 那充满对游戏热爱的诠释, 我觉得这是你画WOW之中难以取代的一幅美好作品.

But purging Strat didn't work. Even if all the peasants there were killed, there were thousands outside. Arthas eventually sacrificed his soul for nothing.

of course that it worked, it was one of the biggest cities in Lordaeron - by purging it he saved many lives and gave a chance to escape. considering that they spread this strain of plague with grain and most probably grain was redistributed thro larger cities to villages and these villages who were producers of grain possibly were spared for the last phase.

It also set him down the path of evil. That's why Kalec invoked it in order to make her realize that her father was still a racist idiot and that the orcs are not evil and genocide is not the answer

I love the use of colours in this painting, it feels peaceful yet still there seems to be a sort of darker undertone... Truly wonderful.

I think that's the first time I've seen Jaina art.
We get tons of WoW or official art for the main characters, but not for chars like these.
