No, it wasn't. Look at the image quality, this is definitely not from the 80's. Also check out the description, this ride was seen at some arcade with retro games.

I'm aware. What exactly is your point? Obviously this is an old ride from Chuck E Cheese. The main comment was about when this image was taken. This is a more recent image and it is not at a Chuck E Cheese so it was taken after the 80's.
