It can stand, kneel, and sit. a running pose is possible but difficult. it can not stand on one foot.

I feel ill equipped to judge this one as I've probably never built a MOC this large, but LightningRod looks good. Again the colors are an odd combination that work very well, and the build doesn't seem rushed along. I'd say that my only point of contention is that the chest is a bit disproportionately wide.

The fact that you managed to make such a huge bionicle with a consistent color scheme is pretty badass. Β I've seen a ton of these huge MOCs that are colored like a rainbow, but yours isn't one of them.
