Excellent piece. It's so rare to see any depiction of Tsathoggua and for my money you nailed his image. I am sure that Smith himself would be quite pleased.
Out of curiosity, what can you tell me about the books in the background? From what little I can see of the titles, they appear to be Mythos related including what would appear to be a copy of the Dread Necronomicon. Do they say Zwette Edition? As a collector of Necronomicons, I am very intrigued

Thanks for your interest! The Books in the backround are the german "Zweite Edition" (second edition)-versions of the "Cthulhu"- Role playing game. They contained many deeply interesting Informations about the Cthulhu Mythos and some good storys. for example: In the "Malleus Monstrum" Codex you can find hundrets of Mythos- Creatures! Hope I could help you a bit!
