So today after I listened to your beautiful meme, I went and took a shower (great story so far, isn't it?! hahaaaa). Anyways, in the shower I was thinking about how I would answer some of those questions, and when I got to the "what chars on DA are your favorites" Daytona immeadiately jumped into my head as the one female character on DA who i would really like to have as my own.
No, its not just because we are good friends, or because my characters coughlikecough her...its just because of, well, Daytona.
Its because she is my idea of a perfect ( and unique) design combined with a perfect (and unusual) personality.
So, we have already established the love I have for Brunettes with blue eyes, but with that aside, I still think her design is genius. She has a natural coat with natural markings (anddd bald faces are my fave), which makes her more beautiful than 99.7% of all horses on DA. She is a dun, with leg barring and an adorable dorsel stripe (another one of my fave colors), but she also has this WICKED tattoo, and the added bonus of a bandana, which she can tie sexily around her arm (like she just finished working on some oily mechanics), or wear over her gorrrgeous locks. Most mares on DA have necklaces, bracelets...the scene ones have lordknowswhat, but she has a mother fuckin tatoo and bandana.
SO yes, now that I have established that her design is simply flawless, and a combo of some of my favorite things, I shall move on to her personality.
Daytona is....so clever. I think thats what I like the most about her personality. You I mean, you are clever enough to actually make her horribley witty (wish I could do the same with my chars). I like how she is bold, but not annoyingly so. She is better with guys, but hell she doesn't lose her feminine wiles.
I like that she was raised in a trailer park, and that though her past wasn't perfect, she isn't all, WOE IS ME.
She knows what she wants, and she is the type of girl that can get it.
And she really DOES have a heart of gold. I love seeing her is the tudor era, because I feel I get a new angle on her.
I think a wolf fits her well...beautiful, wickedly clever, yet dangerous and secretive. I always imagine her with sharp, pretty features, and beautiful eyes (like the piccc you showed me, but I imagined this before ya showed me it teehee).
You really have one hell of a char on your hands, and I can;t even put into words how much I love her.
Also, you have mastered realism, in all its angles and poses.....you have also become reigning queen of anatomy.
I love how smokin Daytona looks here...I feel like that pose sums her up nicely.
And your style, like I have said before, can make even realistic horses look feminine, and captures their personalities so well....
