For some reason I had this base like half outlined and never got around to finishing it until now. I had the skin, eyelashes and eyebrows, and blush marks outlined, so there wasn't really much else to do as far as outlining goes.RULES:
No need to ask for permission to use, but I'd like to have you FAVOURITE it, so I know you're planning on using it.
DOWNLOAD for the best quality and full size of the base, and save your picture as a .PNG.
ASK before you want to upload your finished product somewhere else other than deviantART if you are planning on it.
Edits are allowed, including eye changes, skintone changes, gender changes, and frankendolling ((taking part of one base and putting it on a different one, just be sure the other artist is fine with it ^_^))
