What a beautiful Krishna drawing! Oh your shading is wonderful. I love the intensity of this piece. Did you use references? Kaliya-naga's heads are especially very 3-D and detailed.

I also think you did very good with the drapery of Krishna's clothing. My only critique is, maybe a fiercer expression on Krishna's face?

There is a wonderful description of this story in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, Canto 10.

The snake here is Kaliya who was poisoning the Yamuna river by his venom when in anger, endangering the lives of people of Gokul. Krishna dances on him, a graceful art, hence defeating Kaliya and thus Kaliya bows to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krishna

ha ha ... its that guy his name is krisna he is our god when he was kid he killed that snake called kalinga and now i added coloured one pls check my galery. and my mail id is brmithun@gmail.com im an indian and here that pictur based on one of our gods story(true)
