Hey, a few tips:
Your style is AMAZING! I absolutely love it, its amazing. your shading is perfect, in my opinion. the only thing i find a bit off is your anatomy... the necks are too long, the torso doesnt look quite right, maybe work on making the torso a bit shorter, as well as the neck, and there should be a little dip between the forehead, just a little anatomy tip. but like i said, other than that, amazing.
