Description
The main antagonist of the first major arc and brother of Brooler: Torochi Lizron. He's a lot more serious than Brooler but keeping a similar amount of arrogance, only difference is that he can both keep it in check and back it up. They were close in childhood but grew distant after his Delta Power first activated- allowing him to shoot out dragon snakes made of blue fire- their father saw a greater potential in him and due to his capability compared to Brooler's he chose to train him to become a Warrior. Torochi disapproves of Brooler for seeking out the lifestyle that Torochi was forced with, to him- Brooler had a normal free childhood getting to see his friends and family while he was being made into some super soldier- and he's mad about it!

He's also inspired by the mythical Yamata No Orochi and Azure Dragon
