Very nice work. I really like the lighting, especially on the dragon(?). The shooting stars in the background is also a nice tough.

This turned out really nicely! The style and the colors are very pleasing to the eye! My main critique though would be that it looks a little flat in some areas. I would maybe suggest adding some more contrast, daker shading all that good stuff ya know?
