I apologize for the sloppy composition. The sunlight was fading fast and this was our last stop for the day.
We found the remains of the poor cat seen on Opacity's site here:

Its skull, most of its ribs, spine, and leg bones are gone now. Found it by total dumb luck - shone our flashlight over the cabinet and were staring at the thing for almost five minutes before it jumped out at us among the papers.
Such a shame most of the bones have been removed by people or other animals (more likely than not people), since they've aged beautifully.
