you know, Raiden turned out more okay than I had expected it too. These arcade version perler beads are ALL unpredictable in the outcome, so I feel like I had to do the best I can because I am not very good at colors..... so I'm sweating bullets all the time. The lightest grey on his pants are the "glow-in-the-dark" "melty beads" wal-mart brand. Somehow they are lighter than the "greenish Glow-in-the-dark" official perler beads. I really can't wait any longer to see the MK3 sub-Zero that you are working on.... the one I did, i felt that I had to muster ALL kinds of skin tone colors "to the max" you will also find out how much colors you will have to sacrifice using because their will never be enough colors to make any of them completely accurate, so don't feel bad if you have to double up on some colors. I want to do his profile next, but these are life suckers for me because I am always appressed for time..... you have actually inspired for me to make the great Kung Lao (was it the MKII one, or the MK3 one that you wanted? ) take care and I wish you the best from the heart

Raiden looks freakin perfect bro! thats also a good idea with melty beads. Hadn't thought of blending their colors in. The brand melts funny in a bad way. I see that you only melt on side. Does it still maintain strength when it's as large as it is? You only do that with some stuff though. You have that ironing all the holes together stuff perfetct. i'm still practicing with that on smaller things. I just finshed the UMK3 sub-zero and he looks badass!!! hey what did you iron your bigger pieces; also what do you build your stuff on? I see these big black back boards and I'm like yeah thats what gotsta get ! The genesis sprites are much more detailed than the SNES sprites are is that why you use them?? cause thats why i did Also mk 3 if possible
