Story
“Kayo,” called Kikomi, one and a half steps away from her. Kayo blew her fringe out of her eyes as she observed her little sister. Kikomi (Or rather, Kiko, as she preferred being called these days) huffed and gnawed into her chocolate bar. The eyebrows on Kayo curved upwards. What was her childish little sister mad about now?

Kayo waited for someone to break the silence, Ryushi, the eldest of the three siblings in the Hatoyama family spoke his opinion quite clearly. “You two act like children,” Ryushi said with a smug smile. He brushed his hand through his shining silver hair and gave Kiko a satisfied expression. Kiko of course wasn’t so satisfied with Ryushi’s attitude.
Kiko kicked him hard and shouted, “If you didn’t realize, I am a child.”
“Ow, ow, ow, ow! Not so hard little sis!” Ryushi said after the painful attack from Kiko. With a smile of victory, Kiko folded her arms while Ryushi rubbed his now-sore-leg.

The sea air and cold breeze had got to everyone as they walked along the brick wall opposite the sea.
“Look, look!” Kiko shouted pointing wildly in the direction next to Kayo.
Kayo turned curiously to find a little dove perched on the brick wall.
“It’s a cute seagull!” shouted Kiko again.
“That’s a dove,” Ryushi corrected.
“What’s a dove doing here?” asked Kayo to herself. Ryushi shrugged.
As the three children got nearer to the little dove it didn’t move. It didn’t fly away; it was very tame.
Kayo put her hand out slowly and the little dove fluttered on to her hand and stayed put quite comfortably.

Hope you had time to read the little story to this drawing. I didn’t have time to draw Kayo’s older brother, Ryushi or her little sister, Kiko. It would be nice if I could draw all three of them at one point.

I usually draw really boring backgrounds with just one colour with circles on it or something. My lazy backgrounds take one minute to do.
I’ve actually done a scene this time~
